Book a focused, one-on-one session with me. These are working sessions, not lectures — bring what you're actually wrestling with and we'll dig into it together.
I'm happy to coach on a range of topics, including:
- Working through the Agentic Pipeline course — getting unstuck, going deeper, or adapting it to your own project
- Designing and building your own agentic systems and AI pipelines
- Broader software engineering questions — architecture, technical decisions, how to approach a hard problem
- Career direction for engineers — navigating senior roles, IC vs. manager tracks, transitions, or building independently
- Pressure-testing a product or startup idea you're working on
Sessions are 45 minutes, over video call. You can book a single session, or a discounted two-session package if you'd like to go deeper or work across more than one topic.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule my session?
After you purchase, head to the 1:1 Coaching area and use the message box there to send me a few times that work for you and a short note on what you'd like to focus on. I'll confirm a time and send a calendar invite. Scheduling is handled personally for now, so expect a quick, direct reply from me rather than an instant booking link.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — just give me at least 24 hours' notice by email and we'll find another time, no problem. If you miss a scheduled session without notice, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, that session is counted as used.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are 45 minutes over video call, and they're working sessions — bring the specific thing you're wrestling with and we'll dig into it together. Depending on what's most useful, I'll move between asking questions to help you reach your own answer and giving direct advice from my own experience. Some problems call for thinking out loud; others just need a straight answer.

Can I book coaching more than once?
Yes — if you'd like more sessions after we've worked together, you're welcome to purchase again.
How long do I have to use my sessions?
Sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, so I'd encourage you to book within that window. If something comes up, email me and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Coaching isn't covered by Teachable's standard course refund policy, but I offer my own: you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you haven't completed any sessions yet, you'll get a full refund. If you've completed one or more sessions of a multi-session package but are still within the 14 days, I'll refund the portion covering the sessions you haven't used. If you bought a course-plus-coaching bundle and want to stop after starting the coaching, I'll refund the course portion and charge only for the coaching provided. Meet your coach
Mirko Froehlich spent 13 years at Google, most recently as a Senior Engineering Manager on Google Drive. Before that, his career spanned more than a decade in the startup world — a startup veteran who has worked across many verticals, in many roles, and with many programming languages as a full-stack engineer.
